Flame lamination

Sheeting
We take composite textiles and accurately cut them into a sheet size specified by the customer, eliminating scrap and ensuring immediate use.
Perforating
Achieve airflow or unique designs with our strike-through perforation process on leather, vinyl, and some fabrics, ensuring consistent quality.
Computerize Cutting
We use Gerber computerized cutting to supply any size and shape finished part, ready to be sewn. Cutting can be done on a textile only or on a fully laminated composite.
Warehouse Distribution
Our 85,000 sq ft facility allows for varied approaches to JIT inventory, whether being shipped around the globe, within North America, or delivered locally.
